Preferred Qualification: B tech/BE Civil Engineering
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Brief Description of Duties / Responsibilities : 

• – Knowledge of Basic Civil Engineering.
• – Pre-sales activities for Project Services/ Lead Generation.
• – Know how of technical proposal preparation, understanding BOQ, and Work order finalization.
• – Experience in the Tendering/ Bidding process.
• – Understanding the project requirement, scope of work, and technical Specifications.
• – Experience in business development activities.
• – Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activities.
• – Payment follow-up with client/ client representative.
• – Ensuring project scheduling and updating the schedules- support from the project co-coordinator is available.
• – Develop Effective working relationships with customers /contractors through regular meetings and identify business development opportunities.
• – Strong MS Office skills.
